I have a BC29 with softies, lps. And a non-photo synthetic coral. Ideally, what is the best amount of time to have my lights on for?
I want my chili coral to get a chance to feed.
I currently have my lights on for 13 hours a day.

13 is probably a bit much for daylights (do you have actinics as well?)
Most will run their daylights from 10-12 hours, and then their actinics come on an hour before and go off an hour later... So 10-12 for daylight and 12-14 for actinic

I have 72w actinic, and 72w 10000k daylights.
I don't have the ability to run them on seperate timers. What would be a good amount of hours for both types on together

i'd still run the same...10-12 hours. The actinics aren't really needed, but i've found that they do help corals open up a bit quicker.
