How to frag the Duncan coral?

I have fragged acro's, torches and things like that but I have never fragged a duncan coral. Do I frag it the same way with a dremel and then glue it to a plug?

i use a dremel to frag my duncans. i dont use the same tool in the link however, i use the cutting tool.
