shipping manager on vacation

just recieved a 400$+ order shipped in flimsy box that was split wide open. ro/di unit on one side ,two figi mud buckets on other packed with only bulbble bags on top made this box not packed well and want to flip out of your hands ,which i am sure happened to every person that touched the box. two other items including jager heater split open , other than this incident, AAA order flow

I am sorry for the condition of your package. It sounds like we should have shipped it in two boxes. If any items are damaged, please contact customer service and they will reship those at no charge. If you need items quickly, we can reship via air service, again, at no charge to you.

hello race, thank you for the responce.i had the order that i placed with you ,in baskets of 3 other companies, then switched to you upon your great reviews. i was in error and would like to correct this post. yes the boxing was not good ,but everthing survived . the jager heater and liquid vials of two seachem test kits were damaged from another order,from another company whose boxing was superb.go figure.sorry again
