My tank is about 9 months old and water chemistry has always pretty stable till the last few weeks as my alk and Ca dropped but i was able to get alk back up but for some reason i have not been able to get ca up/stable. I have used b-ionic since the start of my tank and have doubled the dosage (60ML/day) due to tank load of SPS,LPS claims. Can be that i'm still not dosing enough basd on load or is something out of sorts with my water??

Current readings:
ph 8.1
ca 230
alk 12.2
mg 1260
amo 0
nitrite/nitrate 0

temp 80

What am i missing???

Well, it's always worth getting a second opinion on a test kit in such cases. I suspect you just need to add more of the supplement. Some Kent Turbo Calcium or the Warner supplement would be fine for a one-shot dose. This calculator will help with the size:

Do you see any signs of precipitation in the tank?

Not sure what signs of presipitation would look like?? What do i look for?

Looks like little snow flakes floating in the water. Cloudy.

If your test kit is accurate, something is wrong. Couple of questions ?

What brand salt mix ?
How often water changes and what percent ?
When you mix your salt mix, do you add the salt to the water or the water to the salt?
What brand calcium test kit ?

I use sailfert test kit.
water change every two weeks about 10% each change.
I do not mix my own saltwater so unable to tell you how its mixed, but i believe they use Kent sea salt mix
