Cheap HID Electronic MH Ballast?

Anyone seen or used this electronic ballast from HID? It's half the price of other 400W electronic ballasts. Makes me suspicious. Any input?

I am starting on a new tank myself and would like to purchase the latest in technology for lights. Hopefully something that ruis cooler uses less energy anD last longer. AM i DREAMING? I am starting to do some research on lights. I want to start gettin ready to by some stuff. If I dig up any info I'll shoot on this post

I have not used that brand of ballest before but I have used BallestWise ballests before and have had no problems. Here is the link for their 400W ballest..it is $99 as well
