i want to put some cardinals in my soon to be 125 gal tank...
i want them to breed so i would like some input on what will make them breed trhe best...

- water quality? i imagine i should be using an ro/di and a good skimmer to keep things stable

- feeding? i imagine i should feed around everyday

- choosing fish?
Is there any way to sex cardinals so that i know i would be getting males or females

- male to female ratio?
what should this ratio be?

- species?
what are the simplest species to breed?

water quality should be like any other tanks good

they eat and eat well.

No real way to sex them.

1 pair per tank or the others will hide. I'm trying a grp of 5 now.

They are pretty easy once they get going

So they breed fairly easy?
