How to tune an A150

I just got my A150 about a week ago, and I was wondering if anyone had any tunning tips for me?

I recall reading you don't want the airflow wide open, but how much restriction do you want? Is there a way to gauge it by sound? Right now unless I crank the clamp down the air hose sounds like a helicopter.

Also adjusting the water level, where is the best point to have the water?

I figure between, adjusting water level, feed flow, and air valve I can fiddle with it for weeks before I figure out the best combo.
