With all the different specifications out there what is the "best" bulb to run on a 250w HQI Ballast, as far as greatest par output?
I am up for a change and was considering something new from my 20K PFO bulb (which I love) to something like the Phoenix 14K as I hear they are the best DE bulb to run on magnetic ballasts.
Does anyone have any supporting input and pictures, what about contrasting thoughts?
