yep...you'll know lol. If its there, its still kickin. Whats your nitrates, phosphates, temp, SG, pH etc at? Those are the main things that i've noticed to do this to kenya tree, but on occasion my kenya will close up for no apparent reason for a few days at a time.

A coral dies very quickly and it will really stink, you will definitely see it's dying. Leathers can remain closed for long periods - sometimes many months and still survive.

my Kenya tree hasnt opend since i put it in my tank a month ago...

it streches and inflates and all the little nubs are sticking out but no polyps..

but it is definately growing...i notice new branches atleast once a week..

what do i do?

amm -0 nitrite-0 nitrate-12 ph-8.1 sg-1.025 alk-10dkh
flow is good and strong, and lights are moderate..

sorry for the quasi-hijack, as i too am experienceing some kenya problems...

in my case i have seen the parent colony and know exactly what it should look like though..
