How many electrical appliances do you run?

It just seems like I have soooooo many cords plugged in. Theres my daylights (1), moon lights (1), each with a timer, plus 2 powerheads, a heater, and my skimmer. I realize thats only 6 appliances, but it seems like others are running even more. How do you deal with all the electricity and all the plugs needed?

I have a total of 15 plugs. 8 plugged into my Reef Keeper power strip and the other 5 plugged into a regular power strip.

I got 15, well 14 in a couple days when my new skimmer "breaks in" and I unhook the old one. This is on my 55gal.

O I also had to run a new 20amp circit to the tank for all the plugs.
