Hi Jim,

Got the fitting I needed today, and these are the readings I'm getting:

running pressure - 65 ~ 80 psi
tap - 92 ppm
ro - 13 ppm
di - 0 ppm

So, I suppose everything is working as could be expected. The only small problem I have is the flow restrictor. Water likes to try and come out around the fittings at both ends with pre or post pressure. During full pressurization everything is fine. Is this normal or is the restrictor I have perhaps faulty?

Matt try reseating the tubing on the flow restrictor if it has quick fittings. If it has manual try cutting off an inch of tubing and retightening.

The flow restrictor that I am using is the one I received from you (the 550) which has the quick fittings. Since I've made some additional water, the leaks have stopped. Not sure what the deal was :) Thanks!

Our shop has been cold lately and that may have something to do with the seating of the o-ring when were building.
