It is as thin as a sheet of paper and completely white. I havent added anything to my tank in months and its the fist time to see this. It was about 2" long. Please ID if possible

Taking pictures of all white animals is difficult, isn't it? :)
there are a number of white polyclad flatworms. The colorful ones are easy to identify based on color patterns but these white ones require dissection. Without an id we can't do a search to see if there's any infor on what they eat. Have you noticed any unexplained damage to your tank inhabitants? If there isn't the flattie is probably safe to have around.

I have noticed some weird zooanthid losses but I have never seen any worms on them. Maybethey are nocturnal? I know they are hard to identify because almost all the pics I have seen similar say unknown sp.

They prefer to live under rocks, in crevices, etc., and may come out at night. I'm surprised you found this one out in the open. Probably not a zoanthid eater - cryptic nudis are more likely. I doubt this is a coral eater.
