I just set up my first Pinnacle R/O unit and it seems that there is more water coming out of the waste water line (Black) then the treated line (Blue) is this normal? In addition, I got the 35-gallon unit, dose this mean it will make 35 gallons of water in 24 hours?
Thank you.

It's usually about 4 to 1 ratio of bad water to good water.

If it says 35 GPD or something like that, then yes, that means 35g in 24 hours (gallons per day is what GPD stands for).

As for more water coming out the waste...i have no experience w/RO units, but i would take that to mean you have a somewhat inefficient unit and it takes more water to make less...get what i mean? It can only make so much perfect water i guess.

Thats normal, its usually about 3:1 - 4:1 meaning you'll get 4 gallons of waste water to 1 gallon of fresh water, and correct 35 gallons in a 24hr period

agreed - you'll get lots more waste water than clean. I've had two different units and both were the same in that regard.
