that is a HUGE colony. buying something that big from a LFS could set you back a pretty penny. i counted 71 heads with some looking like they were growing on the side. I opened the second picture in Paintshop and marked each head as i counted and thats the number I got. Anyone have a picture of a mother colony bigger then that?

I don't target feed mine and it has grown three new heads in the last two months. I just coax it to open up with a little piece of Cyclop-Eeze and when they extend I throw in a bigger piece and all the heads that I can see grab it.

Ok....How often do you feed your tank/corals?

I feed that beauty every night, 8-9pm sharp. It's gotten so trained that the second the lights go out at 8pm it opens wide and just waits... I feed a 50/50 mix of mysis and plankton, the frozen cubes. It eats 2 cubes every night now!

Thanks for the nice reviews, it's one of my favorites!
