Agreed. Go to the Geo website and use the link there to contact him. He has responded pretty quick every time I have needed his reply. I had a delay one time but it was due to him being at a show for the week.

George is a very busy guy, and only 1 guy.

but I have had the same fustrations.

I have one of his Ca reactors, and a Kalk reactor; I really liked the quality of his products, so I wanted him to build me a skimmer. Well after about 2 months of no responses, I finally just gave up.
