Last night my 90 gallon RR tank cracked all the way a crossed the back, luckily I was home and noticed it right away only losing a few gallons of water. I moved all the live rock and animals to a 100 gallon stock tank.

Where are some good places to have the tank repaired (do you guys repair tanks) on or near the west side of Cleveland? The back pane needs to be replaced. How long would it take (on average) to do. About how much should I expect to pay? I just bought the tank about 3 months ago used upgrading from a 75 non RR (setup a little over a year).

I may just buy a 120 gallon RR this time, i like the 4x2x2 dimensions better. Know of any used for sale? How much could you get me a new one for? I will need a stand too.

It was just starting to look ok, but my picture taking skills need some work though.

I am sorry to hear this happened. I do not know of any places that would fix your tank. A couple years ago I called about 6 glass places listed in the phone book and none of them wanted to touch the repair of an aquarium. It seemed they did not want the liability.
Furthermore, I would be surprised if the cost was not at least half of a new tank. A new 120 is 470 depending. Stands are from 200-550 depending on type of wood and quality. I do not have any used ones at the moment although a 120 may be available soon.

Just curious how about any used 90 gal RR, how much new? I got the last one used for a price i couldnt pass up (wish i would have now). I really wanted a 120 gal RR.

I don't like my current stand, it isn't tall enough to fit my skimmer under it while it's in the sump guess now is the time to change it, so if i buy a new stand i may as well get a bigger tank :) Do you have a web link to pictures and specs of different stands and tanks (120 gal RR), brochure in the store, something you could e-mail/mail me? I'm not looking for any exotic woods or any thing real fancy, just needs to be very sturdy and tall enough to fit my equipment under it.

I would be interested if a used 120 RR was available if its in excellent shape and the price is right. Sometimes its worth it to pay the extra cash for new.

Thanks

Nothing used in 90 gal RR. New is $280.00. I have a catalog here at the store or try www.all-glass.com
