80 gallon tank.. good price?/

my friend has a used freshwater 80 gallon tank.. it doesnt come with lighting or anything just the tank and some pumps and a filter, but i cant use the filter and i am not sure if i would be able to use the pumps because it was used for fresh water???? or could i ?? he wants 100 dollars.... which seems like a really good price, but if i cant use the filter and pumps is it still a good price for an 80 gallon tank??

What is the brand and dimensions? Actual size doesn't really equate to value. I just paid $250 for my tank and stand (70g), but I paid $300 for a nicer 150g, and $325 for a new 90g. All are/where reef ready.

You can get a new non RR 80 gal for like $189, so I would say $90 is a good price.

hmmmmm...... thanks!! i think i am going to just save up and get a reef ready tank, much much easier!! :)
