I was lookin to get a 48" TEK 6 bulb T5 unit this weekend.

I see its listed on your site for $516 with bulbs..ReefGeek has it with bulbs for $479..Would that be doable..I was thinking about driving out this sunday if you could to buy it.

We do sometimes price match. And in this case we can. However, we are sold out of the 48" 6 bulb Tek. I have more arriving next week. Or I have the 48" 8 bulb Tek, the Aquactinics TX5 or the Aquactinics Solar Flare in stock.

how much is the TX5 thats 5 bulbs correct.

Will this light be enough for SPS and Crocea clams in my 75g

i think that will be powerful enough, the TX5 puts out 200W of light so it shouldnt be a problem i dont think

While the TX5 fixture is alot of light and is capable of supporting SPS and Clams, I would not say it is the ideal light for these, especially if your plan was to have a tank with just SPS and Clams. Metal Halides or the Aquactinics Solar Flare is a better overall choice.

ohh the tank isnt going to be SPS and clams only..
I have one Crocea clam now and I wanted to have the ability to add a few SPS here and there...I mainly have LPS now
