Im no expert. :)

Money is no issue? The first one with the Ice Cap ballast and reflectors is a much better setup. The ballast and reflectors are the best out there.

Is ther a less expensive site than reefgeek to get 4-T5 lights with an Icecap ballast????

LOL Thanks again!!! its just that so much $$$ is involved that you think ppl would get their head out and just help their fellow hobbiest... It's like you are cooler if your a "premium" member or something like that.. I know the questions are retorical but every need is very individual...
