Folks,

I am thinking to buy a few blue chromis fish this evening. How many should I have for a 70G tank? 3 or 5? I have a foxfish in my tank now. I need chromis fish to encouge it out of hiding.

I would go with 3 or 4 for that sized tank, but make sure to add them all at the same time. Good luck.

I have 4 in a tank that is 36" x 18" x 30 tall. Also a foxface rabbitt fish! None of them are shy whatsoever. For the foxface, I feed some of the dried seeweed sheets and one of those suction cup clips on the side of the tank.

I would go with 5. Is your tank fully stock? LR?

I like five myself. With schooling fish there is far more visual impact and tank activity in a fairly large shoal.
