Help with yellow watchman goby.

I have a yellow watchman goby in a 12g nano. There is 10lbs LR and 8lbs ls. When I first got him he would get in the back of the tank all the time. It has been 11 days and he still is jumping in the back of the nano cube. I noticed the middle of his body is turning whiteish grey. He eats enriched brine shrimp, Mysid shrimp, or New Life Spectrum Marine fish formula twice a day. Anyone with advice please help.

I did a 2.5 gallon water change on 3/20/07...

They tend to be very shy, I do have one and I barely never see him.

I was told that if your paired him up with a pistol shrimp that might help.

Do you have enough space for a pistol shrimp in your tank?
