like an idiot i dropped the shaft to an aquabee pump and broke it. i called finsreef explained the situation and they shipped one out immediately. heres were it gets good.

THEY WOULD NOT LET ME PAY FOR IT.

This is great feedback about customer service. Glad you made this post. I am looking into several companies and it seems that the H&S company dealers are being rated very high. I am seeing some very questionable customer service with other companies I was considering.
