150w HQI's or 250w ?

I just bought a 180 gal. tank that is 25.5 inches deep do I need 150w HQI's or 250W's ?

250W you'll need the extra wattage for the height of the 180g.

i would also go with the 250's. Thats is what i'm using for my 90gal.
