Where would be the best place to dive in the keys and are there any shore dives there?

if you want to see the reef you need to get on a boat. the reef starts about 4 miles off shore.. dive trip about $70 a snorkel trip about $30

Yes, you can take your own boat, best way to go, that way you can dive many reefs, just don't anchor on the reefs, they have anchored buoys (spell) that you tie off to.
