So apparently my dwarf lion and marine betta have decided that competition doesn't work as well as cooperation. They now hunt as a pack together when I put in live food. They watch the same fish/shrimp then one attacks. If he gets it, good, if not then the it swims right to the other one who snags it up. Seems they take turns being the 1st one in too. Kinda cool to watch.

My lions, betta, and grouper all eat together. It is really fun to watch. I only feed frozen though.

Yeah, my lion eats frozen cause I've had him for quite a while now, but the betta has only been in the tank about a week or 2 so I'm waiting til he's comfy before weaning him. The fuzzy gets a treat as a result :)
The betta, if anyone is wondering, is not shy in the least. He is constantly out even with the lights on. So much for being a shy fish!

My betta was only shy for a day or so when he got upgraded from the holding tank to the 180g.
