i bought 2 xm 10k 250w de bulbs on ebay about a year ago. when i got them, they both lit up and I have been using one of them for around 8-10 months now. I thought it might be time to switch to the other one, but it won't light up. Is there any way to tell if it is a dud now or is there anything I can try to make it light up? I'm using a coralvue electronic ballast and a pfo pendant.
