Just wondering if someone could give me definitive id's on these guys. They were sold as brains but pretty sure the first one is a donut. Anyone have exact id's for me? Thanks alot

Cant be definitive without a skeleton to view, but the first appears to be a Trachyphyllia (possibly Scolymia, but its tough to tell there), and the second a Lobophyllia.

Ya I agree. First one is Scolymia. Second is Lobo.

Thanks guys!

One last question, the 2 spots i have for them, 1 is high flow the other is medium flow(both have the same light).

Which one should i put in the high flow and which in the medium flow?

Which one would do better in the higher flow?

not sure how the lobo will do in a high flow....but I know my trachyphyllia doesn't like too much flow...just enough to make him jiggle a bit now and then....no more...they have a mucas net they form also..and too much flow will strip it from them..
