I have a Tunze 9002 nano skimmer, set up in the tank itself (29 g FOWLR). After a water change of ~4.5gallons, it takes about 3 days before the skimmer actually pulls any waste out of the water again.

How long after a water change do you start getting skimmate again?

Mine will normally start again by the next morning.
