Bad video, but shows the activity. It was going to be a solo tank for the qt, but that is too hard to do. Friend gave me the hawaiian naso for taking care of his fish for a couple of days....picky fish! Only eats cheato that I have in the bottom tank. Hopefully I can get him to eat other things. I have a 10 down below to grow some caulpera. Clown tang eats spectrum pellets. Niger eats anything and the wrasse eats anything also. 2 cleaner shrimp are still going strong. The cheato tank is a 38 tall. I need a UV next.

Thanks MVP! I try! Seems there aren't many people with QTs, but they sure are nice.

Hey Danorth
I've seen some pics on some past post and some of your replys that you have two Tusk together. Was Thinking about adding another tusk to my tank 125. Was wanting to know how big your tank isand how many fish you got if that made a differecne or do you think its there different sizes with tusk getting a long. All i have is 4" tusk and 5" naso tang. thanks for any info

Thanks, I'd bet it is 8" from tip to tip.

Yep, still do. I'd get a 5" one if the one is 4" that you have. That way the new fish already has one up on pre-existing one.
What does your naso eat and how long did it take to get going? Mine is 5 days old and is just starting to get its appetite going. Some nori, mainly cheato still.

Is it always that neurotic, or was it just thinking you were going to feed it?

It loves swimming laps and racing against the current, but I've noticed that daylight (garage door up) it is even more active, they all are. Same with my 135 indoors. When the direct sun hits it (garage gets indirect) the fish are most happy/active.

Had naso in Qt about 5 weeks he ate pretty good. Green Seaweed, Brown seaweed, Formula one and mysis shrimp.
Lfs had him about 6 weeks so he was eating good already.
Was thinking about getting Aus tusk from LFS. They have had him about 4 weeks now Thanks for thought on tusk
