i have a nudi on my zoa rock. Is a fresh water dip a good idea? how should i go about doing it?

FW and Lugols, adjusted to temp and PH. There should be a sticky thread in the forum.

Zoas can take a lot when i get mine i take ro/di water right from the tap and dip them for 1-5 min and i have never lost one but the one time i for got to put it back in the tank after the dip 6 hours after 1/4 of it did make it but it took a few weeks for them to look good
