FMC 100 Sodium Bicarbonate

We are going to offer sodium carbonate for free on our site if you wish to try it out. It is a 1.95 cup portion which is enough to make one gallon of recipe one. I recently started using this in my own tank and have been very satisfied with the results. If you purchase something else this will not add anything to the shipping, if you only want this item please just pay the shipping and we will refund it 100%. http://www.twopartsolution.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_5&products_id=72

The only thing we ask in return is that you share your experience with it here.

For those of you that are unfamiliar with what this is you may want to wait until further testing is done before trying it. Basically this is baked baking soda without the baking. Many people dislike having to bake the baking soda and would prefer to use this instead. When we bake baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) we are removing water and carbon dioxide which results in sodium carbonate. The FMC 100 is 100% sodium carbonate. This allows us to skip the baking process and the product actually mixes much easier than baked baking soda. As the popularity of the 2 Part grows so does the demand for products like this.

This is a good thread on the topic if you want to read up on it. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=980031&perpage=25&pagenumber=1

*** I make absolutely no guarantees that this product is safe to use or that you will be successful using it, you and your tank are the test subjects. That said I feel in my own mind that this is just as safe to use as normal baking soda and currently use it in my own show tank. Another prominent member of my reef club uses it in his show and frag tanks, with nothing but good things to say. I personally feel this is the future of recipe one of the 2 Part. ***

I'll ask my question here instead of starting a new thread, it's somewhat related. I was in a hurry and forgot to bake the part two (soda) before mixing it with water for recipe 1. What should I do?

you will prolly find that it wont dissolve ,

I'd dump it out and go get a box of arm and hammer . takes two and a half cups (before baking)
