ok, I want to make one for my 120 for a few little things, the tank would be about 12x6x6 and I want to put it on my center brace to catch the light, what do you think? Do you think the light will be good enough up there?

I would not put one on the brace myself.

It's a good idea, but I wouldn't trust 16 pounds sitting on my center brace.

what if I made a shelf that sat on the back? I am just trying to use the lights that I have so I dont need any more
