whats the easiest way to increase o2 levels without crazy microbubbles

adding a powerhead or closed loop isnt an option (long story) , what about adding a split opening lockline in order to direct the return flow in two different directions thus adding more oxygen around various areas.

any tips or suggestions i would appreciate.

Do you have a skimmer? That will do the trick.

do you have any movement at the surface of the water? If not try that, it will help with gas exchange at the surface.
