RBTA Off Rock

How do I get an RBTA off a rock without hurting it? I am replacing the rock it is on with new stuff, due to valonia and aptasia.

Knowing these guys, i'm guessing your has it's foot deep in some hole in a rock and will be hard to get to. i've seen people start at the foot of the anemone and rub up until it starts to become disconnected, then get under the foot and pull it off the rock. this can take a very long time and be hard on the anemone.
your best bet will probably be to make it dislike the place it's at right now. you could drastically change it's current, or change it's lighting situation.
