I have an anemone in my 180g, it has been in this aquarium for about 4 months or more. Along this time it was always anchored in the same place on the back side of my rockwork.
Unfortunately it is not very viewable, I can see only a small part of it. I wish that it will come to the front side, waited alot of time but never came where I want it.
Now it was time to do something maybe it changes it's current position and goes to another one that will be on the front side of my rockworck. Right now I pointed a small 1700L/H powerhead pointed at it .. Still it didn't move, shrined a bit but didn't move an inch.
What else should I make guys?

Is it possible to move the rock it's on?
Otherwise, maybe put up some shadecloth to block its light. Or perhaps consider changing the flow even more.
Ultimately, you want the anemone to move on its own.

This anemone is very big, it's diametre is about 12". It is impossible to move it with the rock because it is attached with more then one rock.
Hmm, blocking it's light seems interesting. Do you think it will move without sufficient light?

It's possible.
If it's sitting in a very shaded area, with a much brighter area next to it, I think it would move into the brighter area.

I don't know if this happened to other people that an anemone choose a bad location, especially mine did on the back of my aquascaping and it still doesn't want to move.
I made a piece of plastic under my halide so it will be in a shaded area and maybe will move to a brighter area. Also I pointed a powerhead at the anemone with no success at all.
What I should do more or do you think I should wait more, it's been 2 days like that.

I would feed him in such a way tha he has to reach over to where you want him. Also when feeding him, let him "grab" the food, then give the food a tug tot he side you want him to go. after doing that for awhile, stop feeding him. I have made mine move a little by doing this, it also makes em stretch out to the side you are feeding them. This took many weeks though.
