4 of the 8 outlets on my dc8 are not working. I was wondering how much you would charge me to fix it?

If it is water damage, then it will likely cost more than it is worth to fix. Send us an email support@neptunesys.com or call 408-578-3022 I'll issue a RMA # so that we can give you an estimate.
