i have about 90 pounds of live rock in my 75 gallon. i want to switch to a 180 if i moved all of my rock and all of my water would the 180 begin another cycle??

Not likely, but possible depending on bioload. If you have a sand bed in your 90 it may be providing alot of biofiltration and if so may take time for the rock and new sand (if you put sand in the 180) to catch up with.

Most likely though, the live rock would provide enough, and the additional water volume would help as well.

If you put more uncured live rock in the 180 you will likely have a cycle.

90 lbs is a good amount of rock but to make sure you do not have another cycle I would try to get atleast 1 lb per gallon. I have always used that ratio (atleast 1lb per gallon) and have never had a cycle when switching tanks.
