Solomons wiped out by earthquake

bad news, the earthquake that generated the Tsunami last week was also responsible for lifting one of the Solomon Islands completely out of the water and also destroying much of its reef life, here is a news clip...

Duh, everyone knows it is the fault of the Democrats, Dixie Chicks, Stalin, Iran and old Elvis movies...

It would be freaky to suddenly have 70 meters of "new" shoreline. I wonder what it would be like in a year or 2.
