Maybe you mean Sebae anemone (Heteractis crispa) ?

It has small blue tips.

IME most anemones do best in MH, but some can get by in shallow T5.

T5 HO lighting is just fine for them. Just make sure it's the High Output bulbs and not those cheap things Coralife is trying to pass off as T5's.

I have a purple tip under 250w 20000k's ....loves it!

T5's will be fine for either bubble tip or blue/purple tip crispa if that's what you mean.
Min rec is 6 mo established.
Bta's are a good choice for beginner nem.
COVER INTAKES!!
Keep in mind this will limit space for corals as they will sting them.
