ok i have a 65 gakllon reef for SPS and i want to see more grouth so thats why i am switching to 10ks i have 2 175 watt screw in bulbs over my tank i was wonder wich you guys perfer XM or ushio wich one is less yellowish and more real ocean looking

Ive tried both and have had equal results with both so I went XM again but I run VHO actinics with them. Recently tried Guiesman 13 K and know I have Guiesman 14,500 on there way this week. If you dont run actinics you may want to try 14K Pheonix

The Geismann 14.5k is an incredible bulb. Very crisp white and I think colors look great. I think you'll be happy.

But... keep in mind he's looking at SE 175w bulbs. Sorry I can't help more, the last 175w MH I used was a 5500k :lol:
