looking to buy a new skimmer what do you guys think bubble king or mrc skimmers ? thanks........

You cant even compare the two in one sentence... if you have the money, Bubblekings are the way to go!

I would look at a H&S before a Deltec... just my opinion... same pumps, similar design, usually a little less $$$, but built alot nicer.

If you have the $$$... the bubbleking is hard to beat. The only other skimmer that comes close is the ATI bubblemaster. It performs similarly, but they only come in internal versions so far, and the largest skimmer they make is not as large as the largest Bubbleking (I dont know what size tank this is even for).

Otherwise, there is a new line of Sequence Dart driven skimmers coming out... It looks like a monster, and the price to performance ratio would kill a Bubbleking.

I have two BK skimmers and am very pleased. I would rate them BK, then H&S, then Deltec.
