what would you guys say is the best sand sifting goby for a small 8 or 9 gallon nano?

i am used to a diamond goby in a normal display. i would like something near as efficiant.

how are yellow watchmans?

what about orange spotted?

will either one of these two fish stay relativly small, yet sift almost the entire tanks sand?

I would not put fish in less than 10G, maybe a neon goby.
Sand sifting goby need some room to sifth..
