HELP? What's the latest RED BUG info?

Have the message of the red bug teatment but it's 3years old.Just want to know if it the best way to teat?
Do I follow the dosage ? I read something about 2-? x the dosage?
still do a 25% water change?
add as much as you can carbon after teatment?
Wait 6hrs or is it longer now?
Do 3 teatment 1 week apart? Will one teatment kill them all?
Still not sure how much of the pill to use? I have a 100gal tank with maybe 30 gal sump
I have the red flatworm in my sump will this kill them as well?
will it kill my sponge and sea squirts?
Sorry to ask so many ? I very anxious about doing it.

i did a 300 percent dosage while monitoring the tank for 6 hrs and completed 2 -30% water change along with carbon. did one dose and no more bugs since. i did it 8 months ago. it will kill shrimp and crabs.

My philosophy is that since I've already removed or killed any shrimps, crabs, pods with the first dose, why not just go ahead and do the other two doses.
