Can you bond PVC and acrylic?

Just wondering how you would recommed bonding acrylic tubes to PVC. Thanks,

weld-on#40 works well for cross linking plastics.

i used standard pvc cement to attach a bulkhead to a piece of acrylic tubing with no problems yet. it is a no pressure aplication(skimmer neck extension), i don't know if it would hold up under pressure.

out of curiosity the other day i glued some acrylic to pvc with super glue.....

I can't break it free, so superglue gets my vote.

I use weld-on#16 .... is WORK well for rigid PVC to acrylic

I use PVC cement at first, then after it dries, I apply a bead of weldon 16 around that to make it strong. The result... very strong.
