Nice! I would have gone for a more open rock structure personally but still very pretty. How'd you hang the reflector, angle bracket?

yeah I might change the rocks just havent had any ideas yet, the light is suspended by 1 1/4 in PVC painted black, i have since cut it down so its closer to the tank

How'd you stabilize the PVC on the ground? Are there legs on it in or besides the stand or did you just bolt the PVC directly to the wall?

neither , the end is just resting on the floor behind the stand and it is zip tied to the back support on my stand, the reflector and the whole thing is very light

I think those are great size/shape tanks--really give you a nice surface area to work with. Good choice. Like spleen mentioned, you oughta "open it up" a bit and spread your aquascape to take advantage of the nice wide footprint those tanks have. You can create some really great habitat zones that way.

you think I should stack the rocks higher or bring some closer to the front?

I'd do a little of both-- spread it out, make some taller "islands", a bridge, overhangs, little cove, rubble piles, etc. You'll find different types of fish and corals will appreciate different lighting and current zones within the aquaascape. Plus, it makes it much more interesting for human eyes as well. I don't mean to be overly critical-- you've got a really nice setup. It's all stuff you can change down the line as you add more rock/corals. Good luck!

No youre not being critical, I just need some ideas on what to do, I supposeI might try some acrylic rods , the rock was just thrown in there because it was a transfer from another tank that I was selling

I really like it. I like to see a lot of sand. I also really like the light. I don't like mine hanging from the ceiling. I bet my husband could make me a light set up like yours.
