how do you remove the hood on a 24dx nanocube? [Archive]

Just pops off the hinges there.

how does it pop off? When I put it straight up and down it looks like it MIGHT pop up but the rim start to bend like it is going to break.

that did it. Still chipped a small section of the clamp but it is off. Getting it on will be fun but I have a while until that. Thanks.

Put a SMALL amount of vegetable oil on the hinge, the pin will slide in easily.
