SpectraPure RO/DI System

Does anyone know what the difference is between the SpectraPure Spectra+2000 and the SpectraPure MaxCap RO/DI systems are? Is one better than the other?

the maxicap is the new color changing DI resin. system is awesome, get it you wont regret it.

just make sure to buy the auto shut off kit to go with it. they will install if you order @ the same time.

they are local for me, and awesome people to work with!

AZDesertRat is very familiar with both units and could offer you opinions as well, though I suspect they will be the same as what landy has said.

From all accounts both are great units, but the maxcap is top notch.

Thanks for the replies. I was just about to order the MaxCap model but was wondering about the Spectra+2000. Wasn't sure which was the better model.

Like I said, I do not have personal experience, but from my understanding the MAXCAP is suppose to have better resin life... please confirm that with spectrapure. I am sure you will want to talk to them before you order anyway (I would at least).
