Who is Chris?

there is a thread with a tonn! of replies for id's, and everyone asks Chris to chime in and help. I have put up a couple of posts looking for id's but don't think anyone named chris gave any info...just wondering is all..especially if he/she is on the money for knowing what is what...cause i need all the help I can get!!
