Would it be possible for me to plumb (2) sea swirls(the 1150's gph), my closed loop (2) intakes and a jbj 1/3 chiller all on the same pump? Say a Sequence 5000 Pump

Again there would be (2) intakes from the tank going out on (4)outlets (2) sea swirls and (2) 1' inch pvc elbows.

I would think you would be better off using two pumps. One for your CL, and another for your seaswirls. That way if one pump fails you will still have some circulation.

i agree

plus a chiller can really kill the flow of a pump and they are only rated for a certain gph. usually less than 1200 gph

I plan on having a seperate pump for my oceansmotions 8 way for the extra flow and with my pump being tee'd off to the chiller and the chiller on an auacontroller 3 it would only shut on and off when the temp is not where its suppost to be so would it work?

well it will work with just 1 pump, but not a good idea.

Blktang,
does your iwaki 70 for your chiller only come on as your chiller is needed or is it constant 24/7?
