We bought cured LR and I think our 12g nano tank is just about cycled. NH3 dropped to 0 about 4 days ago but still waiting for NO3 to go down from 25. NO3 been like that for almost two weeks except the first day. I just noticed that the coralline is coming in and spreading. i also noticed crabs and snails that were hiding all this time. I think I have to take out the crab but I couldn't reach it. I could only see the claw eating the algae. Do i have to take out the others? i didn't do research yet on any critters as I wasn't expecting them. I did a 50% water change about 6 days ago. Then 10% a couple days ago and then 5% yesterday. My nitrates stays the same. Could it be my test kit or am I done cycling?

Not cycled yet, wait at least a couple of weeks after the nitrite is gone to add any corals or fish. You may start researching the criters, the great majority are benefical so do not take them out until you are sure the are a problem, after all that is why you bought live rock.
Also you can start slowly adding some snails to start working on the algae.
Take a powerhead or turkey baster and insure to blow off as much detritus from the rock (and pores) daily for the next two weeks until the rock is fairly clean. The detritus can be syphoned carefully from the top of the sand or taken out via a mechanical filter or the skimmer.
